Legal information
Cookie policy
This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on the Lucca Gelato website and QR menu. Cookies are used in line with the Law on Electronic Communications (Official Gazette 135/2025) and the Law on Personal Data Protection (Закон за заштита на личните податоци, Official Gazette 42/2020, amended 294/2021 and 101/2025): every cookie other than strictly necessary ones is set only with your consent.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) can be used in a similar way. In this policy we call all of them cookies.
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site and QR ordering to work; they need no consent and cannot be switched off.

Statistics
Help us understand how you use the site. They run only if you consent.

|---|---|---|---|

lucca_oturum | Lucca Gelato | Our own statistics: groups pages viewed in the same visit. | 30 minutes |
Cookieless statistics
Even without your consent we keep aggregate counts that do not identify you and store nothing on your device (such as how many times a page was opened). Your IP address is not stored in these counts; only a one-way summary value for that day is used, and it changes every day.
Manage your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.
