About your personal data

Data controller: Lucca Gelato. The name, phone, email, party size, date and time, note and the IP address the request was sent from are processed to create your booking, contact you and prevent fake requests.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest under North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette 42/2020, 294/2021, 101/2025). The data is kept for 13 months on the business's own server (Lucca Gelato); AdiyoPOS, which provides the software platform, does not store it on its servers. For the verification email it is passed only to our email provider and is never used for marketing.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting the business, and you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk).
